Crispy veggie peel snack

This is so easy, tasty and snakable.

Heat oven to 200oC.

Use peels of every vegetable: carrots, radishes, turnips, potatoes, squash, onions (only soft parts) – you get the idea. Add olive oil and spices – paprika, coriander seeds, dill seeds, garlic powder,  or even cinnamon for a sweeter taste. Evenly lay on an oven tray, and heat for 40 minutes, check and turn a few times. Cool and add some salt and green onions.
