Tips for what to cook right after your shopping, and what do you do with cooked food that no one wants.

The Art of Freezing

Most of us do not use the whole bread on the day of purchase it, so why do we keep it ready for use at the cost of loss of freshness? It’s a good idea to to keep fresh only the amount we need from the product and freezing the rest

Veterans first

Use products that are about to expire first, or veggies that are about to lose their freshness.

It is not the end

There is no need to be stressed about the expiration date – most of the products are only recommended and they will be edible even after the date on the package. Trust your eyes and nose.

Half Smoked

The bottom of the pot is burned and you’re afraid the meal has been destroyed? Remove the dish from the heat, transfer the top of the dish to a new pot and cover it with a damp cloth for 10 minutes to neutralize burnt taste. Try adding barbecue sauce, chili or others to improve the dish.

Fix it yourself

The soup is too salty? add vinegar, lemon juice or brown sugar. Also diluted in water, adding crushed tomatoes or soup broth from the freezer can help. Add peeled potatoes to the soup pot to absorb some of the salt and then remove them before serving and make mashed potatoes.

Reuse it

The pasta does not excite the family anymore? Try to give her a fresh breeze in the form of an interesting pie. The cake doesn’t taste as expected? Turn it into sweet chocolate balls. Be impressed by the recipes we collected for you and based on the ingredients and dishes you already have in the refrigerator
